Job summary

The role of Procurement Specialist focuses on driving the procurement strategy for the Sales Market, ensuring a compliant and efficient supplier base that aligns with global standards. Responsibilities include leading sourcing, contracting, and supplier performance to foster strong partnerships and maintain high-quality operations.

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree, such as an HD or bachelor's degree
  • Procurement certifications are advantageous
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Background in Retail Construction and/or Facility Management is preferred
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies
  • Experience working in an international, matrix organization with diverse stakeholders
  • Fluency in a Scandinavian language and English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with regional procurement specialists and the sales market Construction and Facilities team to establish and communicate procurement strategies
  • Manage strategic governance of market agreements through ongoing follow-up and meetings with key vendors
  • Set goals and KPIs for procurement and supplier management
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of procurement audits and assessments
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing support across the organization for procurement-related issues

Education

  • Relevant degree in a related field

  • Familiarity with procurement management tools and software
