Procurement Specialist (Copenhagen)

Job summary

As a Procurement Specialist, you will focus on driving the procurement strategy for the Sales Market, ensuring a compliant and efficient supplier base aligned with global standards. You will lead sourcing, contracting, and supplier performance to foster strong partnerships and maintain high-quality operations.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree, such as an HD or bachelor's degree
• Procurement certifications are advantageous
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Background in Retail Construction and/or Facility Management is preferred
• Experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies
• Familiarity with working in an international, matrix organization with diverse stakeholders
• Fluent in a Scandinavian language and English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional procurement specialists and the sales market Construction and Facilities team to establish and communicate procurement strategies
• Manage strategic governance of market agreements through ongoing follow-ups and meetings with major vendors
• Set goals and KPIs for procurement and supplier management
• Maintain and update audits and assessments related to procurement
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide support across the organization for procurement-related matters

Education

• Relevant degree in a related field
