Procurement Analyst (Remote)

Job summary

This role involves managing and executing the procurement process within a global team, focusing on vendor management and compliance. The Procurement Analyst will work closely with various internal stakeholders to ensure effective vendor relationships and procurement documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in indirect procurement, particularly with services and SaaS.
• Solid experience in managing vendor relationships.
• Familiarity with Coupa Intake & Orchestration is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficient in commercial negotiation and contracting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate vendor contracts to secure favorable pricing and terms.
• Oversee the procurement process in Coupa, collaborating with business stakeholders.
• Monitor software license renewals to ensure timely processing.
• Work with Data Privacy, IT, Finance, Legal, and Security teams to ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities.
• Communicate regularly with vendors to resolve issues and ensure performance.

Education

• Relevant experience in procurement or a related field is required.

Tools

• Experience with Coupa is preferred.
