About the role

Job summary

This interim position focuses on managing and improving business processes within a global operations context, specifically in the Order to Cash (O2C) domain. The role involves implementing best practices and ensuring alignment across various systems to support operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in Process Management, Project Management, or system roll-outs, particularly ERP testing (WMS, OMS, POS, ERP).
  • Experience in a global organization, ideally within Manufacturing, Distribution, or Retail sectors.
  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Document and manage processes, ensuring stakeholder engagement both internally and externally.
  • Conduct reviews of processes and systems to identify challenges and areas for improvement.
  • Design, test, and implement changes to operational processes.
  • Oversee ERP-related tasks including requirement gathering, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities.
  • Facilitate workshops globally, both online and onsite.

Skills

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum, Six Sigma, Lean, or Prince 2 is advantageous.

Tools

  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly tier one vendors like Microsoft AX, D365, or SAP.
