Job summary

The Fabrication Support team is looking for two Process Generalists to work in a cleanroom environment, providing support and training to students and researchers on semiconductor fabrication processes. This role involves collaboration with industrial partners to design and execute fabrication processes tailored to customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or PhD in engineering, physics, or a related technical field.
  • Significant experience in advanced micro-fabrication within a cleanroom setting.
  • Proficiency in nano- and microfabrication techniques including UV lithography, thin film deposition, deep reactive ion etching, and scanning electron microscopy.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and train users in operating advanced semiconductor processing equipment.
  • Develop and fine-tune fabrication processes with attention to detail.
  • Document process development results systematically.
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects.

Skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Capability to thrive in a safety-conscious environment, adhering to safety procedures.

Education

  • Master’s or PhD in engineering, physics, or a similar technical discipline.

Tools
