About the role

Job summary

The role involves supporting various cell therapy projects through hands-on process and analytical development in a laboratory setting. Responsibilities include planning and executing lab tasks, generating high-quality data, and contributing to process optimization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a research or industry laboratory/manufacturing environment, preferably with biologics or cell therapies.
  • Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture.
  • Familiarity with analytical techniques such as flow cytometry, PCR-based methods, and/or ELISA is beneficial.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., GraphPad Prism, FlowJo).

Responsibilities

  • Execute laboratory activities to support cell therapy projects, including media preparation and routine analyses.
  • Coordinate and execute lab tasks to meet project milestones, supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Contribute to troubleshooting and improving processes and analytical assays.
  • Maintain strong aseptic technique and ensure lab readiness, including equipment checks and reagent supply.
  • Document work in the Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) and adhere to QMS procedures.

  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to lab work.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, with effective problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a scientific discipline is preferred.

Tools

  • Experience with Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) and Quality Management Systems (QMS) is a plus.
