Job summary

This role involves supporting various cell therapy projects through hands-on process and analytical development, ensuring timely execution of lab work and generation of high-quality data.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a laboratory or manufacturing setting, preferably with biologics or cell therapies.
  • Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture.
  • Familiarity with analytical techniques such as flow cytometry, PCR-based methods, and ELISA is beneficial.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools like GraphPad Prism or FlowJo.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct laboratory activities to support cell therapy projects, including media preparation, cell culture, and routine analyses.
  • Plan and execute lab tasks to meet project milestones while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with Senior Scientists to optimize processes and develop analytical assays.
  • Troubleshoot and enhance processes and analytical methods as needed.
  • Maintain laboratory readiness and compliance with health and safety policies.

Skills

  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to laboratory work.
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

Education

  • Relevant degree in a scientific field is preferred but not specified.

Tools

  • Experience with Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN) and Quality Management Systems (QMS) is a plus.
