Job summary

This internship position supports the Private Partnerships & Philanthropy team in Copenhagen, focusing on coordination, event planning, and communications during a peak engagement period. The role involves assisting with various tasks related to event management and internal communications, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the team.

Qualifications

  • Current student or recent graduate in a relevant field, such as international relations, communications, or business administration.
  • Completed at least two years of undergraduate studies.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating PPH-related events, including maintaining workplans and participant lists.
  • Support preparation of meeting materials and logistical coordination.
  • Draft and edit internal communications and team materials.
  • Help maintain and organize SharePoint content and knowledge repositories.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce clear written materials.
  • Interest in humanitarian issues and private sector partnerships.

Education

  • Relevant studies in fields such as international relations, communications, or event management.

Tools

  • Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint.
