Responsibilities

  • Manage daily logistics and priorities for the principal
  • Handle errands, bookings, reservations, and purchases
  • Coordinate appointments, suppliers, and deliveries
  • Protect and manage the principal’s calendar and communication
  • Schedule meetings and filter emails
  • Book flights, hotels, and transport for travel
  • Create itineraries and ensure seamless travel arrangements
  • Coordinate household support and manage repairs and maintenance
  • Understand and manage food and health-related preferences
  • Handle local Portuguese bureaucracy and appointments

Skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate needs

Education

  • Relevant experience in personal assistance or concierge services is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with scheduling and communication tools is beneficial.
