This role involves leading strategic partnerships in the quantum computing sector, specifically with QuNorth, a Danish initiative. The Principal Technical Program Manager will be responsible for driving partnership execution, developing the quantum ecosystem in Denmark, and bridging technical challenges between partners and engineering teams.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in partner management, business development, or ecosystem development in deep technology sectors such as quantum computing or semiconductors.
  • Proven ability to work across multiple countries and time zones with distributed teams.
  • Technical knowledge in quantum computing or related fields, enabling credible engagement with scientists and engineers.
  • Experience in building new programs or partnerships from the ground up.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is required, with Danish or another Scandinavian language preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for QuNorth, fostering a strong working relationship with their leadership.
  • Lead business reviews and planning sessions to ensure accountability between organizations.
  • Manage escalations by identifying and resolving blockers promptly.
  • Develop and enhance [company]'s quantum ecosystem presence in Denmark and the Nordics.
  • Collaborate with QuNorth to create a strategic playbook for establishing Denmark as a quantum center of excellence.

  • Identify partnerships with emerging Nordic quantum companies to expand the network.
  • Assess and prioritize technical challenges from QuNorth, translating needs into actionable requests for engineering teams.
