Principal Solution Consultant (Derivatives, On-site)

Job summary

As a Principal Solution Consultant specializing in derivatives and collateral, you will be a key subject-matter expert within Investment Operations, responsible for designing and delivering complex solutions across derivatives domains. You will work autonomously, advising senior stakeholders and managing end-to-end solution initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in derivatives and collateral within asset management or financial technology.
• Deep functional expertise in derivatives operations (OTC and/or listed) and collateral management.
• Proven ability to lead complex solution designs from inception to delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of conveying complex topics to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with industry-standard platforms such as TriOptima, MarkitWire, Acadia, FXAll, or Cassini.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP) and direct project management experience.

Responsibilities
