About the role

Job summary

An experienced Principal Service Delivery Manager is sought to lead the commercial future of Service Delivery Management. This senior role focuses on customer engagement and account growth, particularly with large enterprise clients. The position is based in Nordhavnen or Aarhus.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-centric mindset with a genuine customer-first attitude.
  • Proven commercial experience, including sales and P&L responsibility, with a track record of increasing customer revenue.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and/or Project Management.
  • Fluent in English, comfortable in an international environment with diverse cultures.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer development plans to drive growth and satisfaction.
  • Manage the commercial performance of assigned customers, including P&L and profitability.
  • Oversee OSA renewals and strategize to enhance contract value.
  • Lead account planning teams and facilitate governance meetings and innovation workshops.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders up to C-level to protect and enhance customer relationships.
  • Ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery, meeting agreed SLAs and KPIs.
  • Assist in budget planning, forecasting, and managing commercial risks.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling, add-ons, automation, upgrades, and advisory services.
  • Promote continuous improvement and demonstrate the value delivered to customers.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
