Job summary

This role is essential for driving the growth of SaaS offerings by acting as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the presales lifecycle from discovery to solution scoping and RFP responses. The position requires deep product knowledge and industry expertise to engage with senior stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in investment management technology, particularly in presales, solution advisory, or senior implementation roles.
  • Strong understanding of buy-side operating models across various financial institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured discovery sessions to understand client needs and translate them into SaaS solution scopes.
  • Lead RFP responses focusing on deployment models, service levels, and total cost of ownership.
  • Plan and deliver tailored workshops and solution validation sessions for prospects.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SaaS offerings and their competitive positioning in the market.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with C-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to articulate complex SaaS concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify client pain points and map them to product differentiators.

Education

  • Relevant degree in technology, finance, or a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, RFP management tools, and presentation software.
