Principal Field Presales Consultant (Manufacturing, Nordics)

Job summary

This role involves providing solutions and guidance in the supply chain industry to support sales efforts for a software company focused on the Manufacturing sector in the Nordics. The position requires collaboration with account executives to close new deals and expand existing partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in consumer-packaged goods manufacturing or consultancy/software related to the Manufacturing or supply chain industry.
• Excellent understanding of key solution areas including Forecasting & Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, and S&OP.
• Proficiency in English and either Finnish, Swedish, or another Nordic language.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers through transparent engagement.
• Provide expertise on current and future capabilities of the software solution.
• Conduct discovery workshops to assess customer needs and future goals.
• Prepare and deliver solution presentations and demonstrations.
• Manage responses to RFIs and RFPs, ensuring quality and coordination.

• Ability to convey complex concepts clearly and challenge customer thinking constructively.

Education

• Relevant experience in the Manufacturing or supply chain industry is essential.
