Job summary

The Principal Engagement Manager will facilitate collaboration between IT and business units, ensuring that business priorities are effectively translated into sustainable application solutions. This role involves driving governance, stakeholder engagement, and operating models within the Enterprise Business Applications team.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in IT business engagement, governance, or stakeholder management.
  • Experience as a business-facing contact for enterprise applications or IT services.
  • Strong understanding of governance structures and operating models.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across business and IT in a global context.
  • Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Own and enhance the IT Engagement Model, including demand governance and prioritization.
  • Serve as the primary contact for business stakeholders.
  • Establish governance forums and clear accountabilities.
  • Align business priorities with Project Management and Tech & Solutions teams.
  • Support transitions from projects to sustainable operations.
  • Ensure scalable governance and engagement models across enterprise applications.
