Pressure Test Team Lead

Job summary

The role involves leading a technical team responsible for pressure testing, ensuring safety and quality standards are met in evaluating product strength and leak rates. You will work in a dynamic environment, bridging technical expertise with operational leadership to drive continuous improvements in pressure test workflows.

Qualifications

• Professional background as a Marine Engineer or Diploma Engineer, preferably with experience as a skilled craftsman.
• Some experience in team leadership, project management, or operational coordination in a production, technical, or maritime setting.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team to ensure timely and safe pressure testing of all products.
• Collect and analyze data from pressure tests to implement actionable improvements in production.
• Drive initiatives to reduce rework and optimize workflows in both Production and Pressure Test.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures, documenting all test results accurately.
• Collaborate with Production Engineers on ongoing optimization projects.
• Manage pressure test capacity in alignment with the production plan.
