Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical liaison between customers and the company
• Understand customer technical needs and align them with the product roadmap
• Promote company products and services to customers
• Provide ongoing technical support to sales and assist in preparing sales presentations, tender responses, and proposals
• Implement projects and manage the product selection process to meet customer requirements
• Participate in project delivery and technical implementation
• Maintain close relationships with customer technical counterparts
• Engage in product specification reviews to influence product evolution
• Assist in resolving quality complaints from customers through initial troubleshooting
• Support the quality team in problem resolution and customer communication
• Promote and implement standard products for small to medium-sized customers
