Pre Sales Technical Architect (Public Safety, Northern Europe)

Job summary

This role involves providing technical and bid management support to sales teams across Europe, focusing on public safety and government communications technology solutions. The Pre Sales Technical Architect will engage with customers to understand their needs, analyze complex problems, and design tailored technology and service-based solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Pre Sales technical role, including tender responses.
• Proficient in English and at least one Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian).
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify their problems and requirements.
• Analyze customer needs to propose compelling technology and service offerings.
• Design and document technology solutions, including high-level designs and bill-of-materials.
• Present solutions and implementation strategies to potential customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and support procurement processes.
• Collaborate with the bid team to align with customer objectives.
• Provide Pre-Sales support across Northern Europe, with a focus on Denmark, Sweden, and Norway.

Skills

• Experience with complex systems integration and 3rd party content.
• Knowledge of MANET, C-UAS, RF spectrum analysis, and broadband communications.
• Familiarity with Land Mobile Radio technologies (TETRA, APCO P25, DMR) and IP communications.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

Tools

• Familiarity with public safety communication technologies and relevant software tools.
