Qualifications

• Over 10 years of commercial experience in B2B sales, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and what it takes to secure business.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM as an administrator or super user.
• Background in SaaS or software, with a keen interest in how systems deliver value to customers.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the commercial and product expert during customer interactions.
• Provide quick and clear answers to product, system, and process inquiries from the sales team.
• Manage local Salesforce and order-management knowledge, acting as the first point of contact for the team.
• Independently conduct selected customer meetings.
• Assist customers in onboarding new departments and products.
• Translate system capabilities into customer value from the customer's perspective.
• Collaborate with account managers and customer support, as well as the broader international organization.
• Handle sales reporting using Snowflake/Salesforce.
