Pre-sales Expert (On-site)

Job summary

The Pre-sales Expert serves as the technical reference for Regions during the pre-sales process, focusing on Smart ID solutions. This role involves analyzing customer requirements, defining technical solutions, and ensuring alignment with product capabilities to enhance proposal quality and customer confidence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or systems engineering.
• Strong understanding of pre-sales processes and solution definition.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Experience in coordinating technical activities across teams.
• Knowledge of Smart ID, DA, authentication, PKI, or related technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main technical contact for Regions requiring Smart ID expertise.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Support solution architecture definition and ensure alignment with the Smart ID portfolio.
• Coordinate technical contributions across internal stakeholders throughout the pre-sales process.
• Define and coordinate tailored product demonstrations for customers.
• Provide technical support during customer meetings, workshops, and bid presentations.
