Job summary

An experienced Global PR Manager is sought to lead and enhance global PR initiatives in Copenhagen, focusing on brand visibility and relevance across various markets.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in PR and communications, ideally in an in-house capacity.
• Proven experience managing international markets and PR agencies.
• Strong skills in media relations and relationship building.
• Background in sport, cycling, performance, fashion, or culture-driven brands is preferred.
• Excellent storytelling and brand positioning abilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• A passion for cycling and familiarity with the cycling community is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the global PR strategy for brand visibility.
• Drive PR plans for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and key brand events.
• Lead PR efforts for collaborations, partnerships, and special projects.
• Support storytelling initiatives related to racing and cycling ambassadors.
• Manage and coordinate external PR agencies with defined KPIs.
• Build and maintain relationships with media in cycling, sport, lifestyle, and culture.
• Oversee press outreach, media placements, and storytelling opportunities.
• Manage press calendars, media lists, and global announcements.
• Support PR for retail activations and community events.
• Monitor PR performance and derive actionable insights.
• Manage PR budgets and prioritize execution effectively.
