The PPA & Origination Manager will be responsible for shaping and executing the power offtake strategy across European markets, focusing on renewable energy and structured agreements. This role involves managing the entire PPA process, from identifying potential counterparties to leading negotiations and executing agreements.

Responsibilities

• Originate and execute power offtake agreements across European markets
• Lead commercial negotiations with offtakers and counterparties
• Develop and manage a pipeline of active PPA opportunities
• Monitor power market developments and regulatory changes
• Support pricing and strategy decisions with market insights
• Assist financing processes with relevant market insights
• Coordinate cross-functional processes for alignment on PPA strategy
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
• Represent the organization at industry events
