Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing risk quality and governance within a global wind energy portfolio. The position involves identifying, managing, and transforming customer project risks into actionable insights through collaboration across various functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or Business/Economics with relevant experience.
• Experience in Project Execution of wind projects or developing technical solutions for wind project execution.
• Several years of experience in Product Development, Engineering, or B2B Product Management in the wind industry or similar sectors.
• Strong understanding of wind OEM product development, project execution, and risk management.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

• Ensure consistent use of the Risk Repository across functions and regions.
• Drive adherence to global risk framework standards in collaboration with management and Risk Officers.
• Support Risk Officers in identifying and registering customer project risks.
• Act as a quality gatekeeper for reliable risk data.
• Monitor the effectiveness of risk responses and controls.
• Assist Risk Owners in reporting to management teams and governing bodies.
• Serve as a point of contact for risk-related topics in customer deal preparation.
• Align regional risks with functional Risk Officers for repository inclusion.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and frameworks.
• Experience with governance, data quality, and process management.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and regions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on simplification and value creation.
• Demonstrates initiative and maintains a focus on performance.
• On-site in Aarhus, Denmark.
