Job summary

The Portfolio Manager will oversee the decanter water portfolio, focusing on both Service and Capital Sales. Qualifications

• Strong understanding of customer needs and industry dynamics, particularly in Municipal and Industrial Wastewater treatment.
• In-depth knowledge of decanter mechanics and operational processes.
• Degree in a technical field, with a focus on commercial/business contexts.
• Proven ability to analyze market data and performance metrics.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the market-driven portfolio, ensuring it meets customer demands and regulatory compliance.
• Lead the development and management of the portfolio roadmap, prioritizing new and existing product developments.
• Manage the full lifecycle of products and services, adapting to market and operational changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and application fit.
• Ensure market readiness and support successful implementation of the portfolio.
