About the role

Job summary

The PMO Operations Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations and alignment of the Group PMO. This position involves close collaboration with Portfolio Directors and the PMO Partner to ensure efficient PMO functioning across various portfolios.

Qualifications

  • Strong coordination skills with the ability to create structure and alignment across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in PMO processes, portfolio coordination, or similar operational roles.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools, preferably Monday.com.
  • Solid understanding of business drivers such as costs, resources, and risk.

Responsibilities

  • Provide coordination and administrative support to Portfolio Directors across portfolios.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries related to PMO processes, tools, and templates.
  • Support the implementation and consistent use of PMO tools and processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO templates, routines, and frameworks.
  • Ensure alignment and adherence to PMO standards and governance.
  • Communicate updates regarding processes, tools, and governance within the PMO.
  • Prepare documentation, meeting materials, and capture minutes from key decision forums.
  • Assist in onboarding new PMO colleagues regarding tools, governance, processes, and ways of working.

Education

  • Relevant educational background in a related field is preferred.

  • Familiarity with project management tools, specifically Monday.com.
