Job summary

The PMO Manager is tasked with enhancing operational excellence by managing strategic projects, leading analytics efforts, and supporting pricing governance. This role ensures the successful implementation of contracts and renewals while maintaining alignment with business priorities.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in project management (PMP/Prince2 certification preferred).
  • Proven experience in PMO, commercial operations, analytics, or business management.
  • Advanced analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
  • Experience with pricing models and commercial frameworks is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for new contracts and customer onboarding.
  • Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • Monitor project milestones and manage risks, ensuring transparent communication.
  • Create and distribute customer and group-level analytics and performance dashboards.
  • Collaborate with teams to support pricing models and cost analyses.
  • Lead the implementation process for new customer solutions, ensuring operational rollout.
  • Manage key business initiatives and drive process improvement activities.
  • Produce reports for senior leadership, maintaining a centralized tracking system.

Education
