Job summary

The role involves leading the PMO function and shaping the Client Engagement Framework (CEF) to enhance project delivery and client operations globally. This leadership position requires a proactive approach to identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to ensure project success.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a PMO leadership role within professional services, consulting, or technology delivery organizations.
  • Strong track record of owning and evolving delivery methodologies, particularly with Microsoft’s Success by Design framework.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of gathering input from diverse sources and translating it into clear direction.
  • Experience in global or multi-market organizations, balancing consistency with local flexibility.
  • Strong understanding of the client engagement lifecycle from onboarding to long-term support.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation, with an interest in their impact on delivery operations.
  • Experience with ERP or enterprise software delivery, with a preference for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, comfortable with workshops and leadership presentations.
  • Structured and analytical thinker, able to simplify complex concepts into actionable frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively support project success by identifying delivery, capacity, financial, or governance risks and initiating corrective actions.
  • Own and develop the Client Engagement Framework (CEF) to ensure effective delivery and operations.
  • Collect and synthesize input from teams and clients to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional groups to implement methodologies effectively.
  • Work closely with Directors to ensure standards are understood and adopted.
  • Build and maintain a governance framework for delivery and operations quality.
  • Lead the PMO function within Client Services, setting direction and priorities.
  • Identify opportunities for AI and automation to enhance operations.
  • Produce actionable reporting on delivery health and compliance for senior leadership.

Skills

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
