About the role

Job summary

An experienced PMO Lead is sought to shape and oversee the global delivery framework within a professional services environment. This leadership role focuses on developing and maintaining the Client Engagement Framework (CEF), ensuring it is relevant and effectively utilized across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a PMO leadership role within professional services, consulting, or technology delivery.
  • Strong track record of evolving delivery methodologies, particularly with Microsoft’s Success by Design framework.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of gathering input from diverse sources and providing clear direction.
  • Experience in global or multi-market organizations, balancing consistency with local flexibility.
  • Strong understanding of the client engagement lifecycle from onboarding to long-term support.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation, with an interest in their application in delivery operations.
  • Experience in ERP or enterprise software delivery, with a preference for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, adept at workshops and process documentation.
  • Structured and analytical thinker, able to simplify complex concepts into actionable frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively support project success by identifying risks and initiating corrective actions.
  • Own and develop the Client Engagement Framework, ensuring it reflects real-world applications.
  • Collect and synthesize feedback from teams and clients to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional groups to implement methodologies effectively.
  • Ensure standards are understood and adopted by working closely with Directors.
  • Build and maintain a governance framework for quality in delivery and operations.
  • Lead the PMO function, setting direction and priorities for the team.
  • Identify opportunities for AI and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Produce actionable reporting on delivery health and compliance for senior leadership.

Education
