Job summary

This role involves providing maternity cover as a Platforms & Automation Consultant, focusing on project management and Scrum Master responsibilities within a global customer experience team. The position is based on-site and requires a balance of managing projects and facilitating agile practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
• Background in project management for small to mid-sized projects.
• Familiarity with Zendesk administration and no-code/low-code automation tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver projects with defined scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate stakeholders and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support team accountability for deliverables.
• Improve project management processes and documentation practices.
