Platform Product Owner (Procurement, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves leading the product management of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platforms, focusing on AI and automation to enhance operational efficiency and cost management across a global logistics operation.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in product management within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proven success in delivering measurable business impact through AI or automation initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and prioritization.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in Agile environments working with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, priorities, and roadmaps for the P2P platform ecosystem.
• Conduct user discovery and collaborate with process owners and UX teams to identify opportunities.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and maintain a well-organized backlog.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, data, and architecture teams to deliver and iterate on products.
• Lead AI and automation initiatives, converting pilot projects into scalable solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Navigate and communicate effectively across Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Technology departments.

Skills

• Strong structured thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay processes, procurement, finance, or ERP systems is beneficial but not mandatory.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in product management or related fields.

Tools
