Responsibilities

• Monitor turbine platform performance, identify risks and opportunities, and initiate targeted improvement actions.
• Prepare analyses and recommendations for maintenance strategies, upgrades, and asset integrity to enable informed decision-making.
• Collaborate across the organization to connect data and expertise, ensuring alignment between operations and future projects.
• Maintain oversight of site performance, identifying deviations and opportunities for ongoing improvements.
