• Strong collaborative and proactive mindset, with effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills in English.

• Prepare clear analyses and recommendations for maintenance strategies, upgrades, and asset integrity to enable informed decision-making.
• Collaborate across the organization to connect data and expertise, ensuring alignment between operations and future projects.
• Maintain oversight of site performance, identifying deviations and opportunities for ongoing improvements.
• The position can be based in Esbjerg/Kolding (Denmark), London/Hexham (UK), or Stockholm, with regular business travel required.
