Job summary

This role involves serving as a technical advisor within the Customer Outcomes team, focusing on enhancing platform adoption and customer success. The Platform Architect will assist customers in establishing a solid technical foundation on the platform, ensuring adherence to best practices in governance, data management, and integrations.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in a professional services environment or equivalent education.
• Proven ability to integrate AI into workflows and decision-making processes.
• Experience in enterprise architecture and cloud application technologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.
• Strong analytical skills for resolving complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers, including executives and development teams, during solution implementation.
• Act as a technical expert across various engagements, guiding customers and partners.
• Build relationships with technical and business leaders to align the platform with their digital transformation goals.
• Develop architectural blueprints from business and technical requirements.
• Manage technical governance and ensure platform health by minimizing technical debt.
• Support sales efforts by estimating engagements and change orders.
