Job summary

The Planning Manager will facilitate understanding of production capacity and enhance delivery performance within a global planning context, directly supporting organizational growth and product delivery.

Qualifications

  • A few years of experience in supply chain processes, Sales and Operations Planning, or distribution.
  • A degree in production, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and a solid business understanding.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

  • Align production plans with global manufacturing leaders and travel up to 20 days annually.
  • Ensure optimal machine setup and develop business cases for transfers and manufacturing investments.
  • Lead development projects to enhance capacity transparency and secure timely investments for successful product launches.
  • Identify and mitigate capacity risks affecting delivery performance and product transfers.

Skills

  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to navigate project organizations across various functions and cultures.

Education

  • Degree in production, supply chain management, or a similar discipline.

Tools

  • Familiarity with supply chain management tools and software is advantageous.
