Responsibilities

  • Manage daily logistics and priorities for the principal
  • Handle errands, bookings, and appointments
  • Protect and manage the principal’s calendar and communication
  • Book and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Oversee household coordination and lifestyle management
  • Understand and manage food, health, and personal preferences
  • Handle local Portuguese administrative tasks and communications

Skills

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with family and household staff
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Education

  • Relevant experience in personal assistance or operations management preferred

Tools

  • Familiarity with scheduling and travel management software is a plus
