Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing enterprise performance reporting and analytics within a major sustainable energy organization. As a Performance Analytics Analyst, you will convert complex business needs into actionable insights, collaborating with various stakeholders to develop a unified analytics framework that supports decision-making.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in analytics, finance, or business analysis
• Proven track record in performance reporting
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
• Experience engaging with stakeholders at multiple levels
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data concepts

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise performance reporting, including ExM deliverables
• Identify and source relevant data from various systems
• Translate business requirements into structured analytical needs
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams
• Specify requirements for data modeling and reporting builds
• Ensure outputs align with business needs and usability standards, collaborating with the Governance team
• Continuously enhance reporting outputs and processes
