Responsibilities

• Manage assigned Workday functional areas based on experience and interests
• Perform configuration, testing, and maintenance for business processes, security, and reporting
• Oversee annual cycles such as Talent Review and Annual Salary Review
• Partner with stakeholders to understand their processes and translate needs into system design
• Deliver end-to-end project management including scoping, planning, and execution
• Handle change requests by clarifying needs and designing solutions
• Support documentation and maintain the report catalogue
• Collaborate with analytics to ensure data quality
