People Partner (Finance, Copenhagen)

Job summary

The role involves partnering with the Global Finance Function to enhance HR experiences for leaders and employees. Key responsibilities include managing HR annual cycle activities, supporting strategic HR projects, and facilitating workshops.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to business partnering and enhancing management experiences for employees.
• Extensive experience with the HR annual cycle in a corporate setting, covering performance management, salary reviews, employee engagement, and talent reviews.
• Background in HR partnering within large organizations, preferably global with a matrix structure.
• Experience in change management, workshop facilitation, and individual coaching.
• Ability to navigate organizational complexity and change.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Global People Business Partners to implement the People Strategy for the Finance Function.
• Build relationships with functional leaders, providing guidance on leadership and employee experience.
• Work with Regional People Functions to deliver people processes and resolve complex cases.
• Engage with HR professionals across Solutions and Deployment teams.
• Identify improvement opportunities using people insights and data.
• Participate in recruitment processes as needed.

Education

• Relevant experience in HR or related fields is required.

Tools

• Familiarity with HR systems and tools is beneficial.
