Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in people operations, HR administration, or a similar role.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy in contracts and HRIS data.
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder needs and high-volume tasks effectively.
  • Strong data analysis skills, particularly in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
  • Interest in technology and AI-driven processes.
  • Service-oriented mindset, ensuring employees feel valued and supported.
  • Proactive and ownership-driven approach to tasks.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment with shifting priorities.
