People & Culture Project Leader

Job summary

The role involves leading complex People & Culture projects from conception to execution, translating business strategies into organizational development, and ensuring progress across multiple workstreams. The position is essential for strengthening project execution within the People & Culture team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar People & Culture, organizational development, or transformation role in a global company, or in management consulting.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects from scoping to implementation, ensuring governance and stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into actionable plans and decisions.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and implementation of strategic People & Culture projects, ensuring clear objectives and resource allocation.
• Create structure and momentum across workstreams by delivering priorities, plans, and milestones.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and facilitate collaboration across functions and organizational levels.
• Utilize organizational insights and data to shape project scopes and guide execution.
• Translate strategic needs into concrete People & Culture interventions.
• Support colleagues on various projects as needed.
