  • Proven experience in project, program, or people management, with a focus on driving execution and stakeholder alignment.
  • A commercial mindset to identify opportunities and drive growth for clients and the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale transformation projects in pension organizations, ensuring progress and value creation.
  • Contribute to the development of pension solutions by defining features and aligning product development with market needs.
  • Support pre-sales and advisory efforts by identifying client needs and contributing to presentations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging industry expertise to drive decisions and strengthen relationships.
