Qualifications

  • Completion of FOAK basic training is required, with a solid understanding of core pension principles.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, ideally with hands-on experience.
  • Ability to document standard product functionality, client requirements, and product descriptions.
  • Experience leading and facilitating workshops with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to client projects and transformation initiatives through process analysis and business requirement definition.
  • Define new features and validate solution designs to ensure products meet industry standards.
  • Support sales and bid processes by understanding client needs and shaping solution proposals.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to bridge business needs and solution design.
  • Excellent communication skills for building trusted relationships with clients.

Education

  • Relevant experience in the Life and Pension industry, preferably with a pension provider or consultancy.

Tools

  • Familiarity with tools for documenting processes and facilitating workshops.
