Payroll Specialist Lead (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for payroll in the designated country.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders across Payroll Implementation, Finance, and Engineering.
• Oversee full payroll processing, including statutory filings, approvals, and compliance.
• Ensure data integrity and quality in payroll journals and reconciliations.
• Focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Mentor and support other payroll specialists.
• Provide backup for regional managers during their absence.
