Job summary

An experienced Payroll Specialist is needed to oversee and enhance the complete payroll processes. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery while collaborating with HR, Finance, and external partners, adhering to global standards and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a payroll role, ideally within an international organization.
• Comprehensive understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and compensation structures.
• Experience managing end-to-end payroll operations with complex data and multiple pay elements.
• Strong knowledge of tax legislation, labor regulations, and statutory reporting obligations.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and HRIS platforms.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills with strong analytical capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.

• Manage the full payroll process including data input, validation, payment execution, and reporting.

• Ensure compliance with local tax laws and labor regulations, maintaining GDPR standards.
• Prepare for audits and manage proper documentation and statutory reporting.
• Collaborate with HR and payroll systems to ensure data quality and robust validation processes.
• Analyze payroll data, identify discrepancies, and deliver management reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
