Qualifications

  • Proven experience in payroll implementation projects.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Intega payroll software and local payroll tools like SAP, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international work environment.
  • Experience in accounting and reconciliations.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for payroll in the Nordics, focusing on Denmark.
  • Participate in sales calls and client hand-over processes.
  • Lead global payroll implementation projects from planning to execution.
  • Maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
  • Ensure documentation of decisions and processes for Payroll Operations.
  • Develop standardized payroll processes for efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing support during and after implementation.
  • Mentor and support Payroll Generalists in the team.

Skills

  • Strong automation and AI capabilities.
  • Ability to improve and implement processes effectively.
  • Experience in managing KPIs and SLAs.

Education

  • Relevant educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Intega payroll software, SAP, Excel, Google Sheets.
