Job summary

The Payroll Associate is responsible for providing payroll services within the Global Payroll Services team, ensuring high quality and accuracy in payroll processing. This role involves collaboration with various units and personnel to promote a client-oriented approach in line with organizational regulations.

Qualifications

  • Eligible applicants include Tier 0, 1, and 2 personnel as defined by the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Perform second-level validation and sign-off of payroll transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Advise clients on Benefits and Entitlements, Staff Regulations, and HR guidelines.
  • Liaise with payroll focal points and HR units regarding entitlements and payroll issues.
  • Ensure timely administration of payroll and disbursement services.
  • Provide oversight on payroll transactions and assist with queries related to Global Payroll and HR data.
  • Support newly onboarded clients and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work by deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills and openness to innovative ideas.

Education

  • Relevant educational background in Human Resources, Finance, or related fields is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with payroll systems and financial transaction management is beneficial.
