Job summary

This role involves building and scaling a partner network to drive global growth for a rapidly expanding company in the B2B SaaS sector. The Partnerships Manager will forge strategic alliances with various partners to enhance market presence and revenue.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or business development within a B2B SaaS context.
  • Proven success in developing and scaling partner programs that yield measurable revenue results.
  • Familiarity with the retail, hospitality, or frontline workforce industries is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS go-to-market strategies and the role of partner channels.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for building from the ground up.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluent or professionally proficient in English; knowledge of additional Nordic or European languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new strategic partners including resellers and technology alliances.
  • Manage the entire partner lifecycle from outreach to onboarding and joint market execution.
  • Define internal processes and establish metrics for partner tracking.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive pipeline through partner channels.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking forums.
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasts and pipeline reporting for the partner channel.

Skills

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate partnership agreements.
  • Outstanding presentation and relationship-building skills.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Experience with partner management and CRM tools is beneficial.
