Partner Learning and Content Coordinator

Job summary

This role focuses on creating engaging learning experiences for Partners across Northern Europe, supporting their development and success through high-quality content. The position is a 12-month parental cover contract within the Partner Development team.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning content creation, instructional design, or learning development.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, such as LearningBank and Articulate Rise 360.
• Strong writing and content development skills, with attention to detail and audience engagement.
• Experience in creating content across various learning formats, including digital, classroom, and blended learning.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning content for Partner and leadership development across Northern Europe.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create relevant learning experiences aligned with business needs.
• Manage and optimize learning content within LearningBank and other platforms, ensuring accessibility and quality.
• Support the development of innovative learning solutions, including AI-generated content and video-based learning.
• Coordinate proofreading, translation, and maintenance of learning materials across multiple markets.
• Utilize learner feedback and engagement data to enhance the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
