Partner Integration Specialist

Job summary

The Partner Integration Specialist is responsible for managing the entire process of partner integrations, from initial conversations through configuration and ongoing support. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and partner-facing communication skills, ensuring that integrations are properly set up and partners receive the necessary support.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical partner-facing roles, enabling reliance from Key Account Managers and operations leadership.
• Proficiency with technical configuration tools and APIs, capable of engaging with partners' technical teams independently.
• Strong written communication skills for effective interaction via email and support tickets.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple ongoing tasks and proactive follow-up.
• Flexibility to accommodate meetings across different time zones.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for partners during integration setup, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Reporting, and Partner API.
• Conduct configuration work based on partner requirements and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the partner reporting suite to assist partners effectively.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Key Account Managers, providing answers to integration and reporting queries.
• Proactively follow up on integration requests and keep stakeholders informed.
• Manage the partner-facing integration support inbox, triaging requests and responding promptly.
• Collect feedback from Key Account Managers and partners for the product team.
