Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of communal areas, kitchen, and shared spaces
  • Manage daily lunch setup, vendor communication, and cleanup
  • Care for office plants and greenery
  • Ensure bathrooms and kitchen are stocked with necessary supplies
  • Handle grocery and office supply orders to maintain inventory
  • Assist with small administrative projects, including vendor research and inventory management
  • Coordinate logistics for office events and team celebrations

Skills

  • Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace and Notion
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to take initiative and act independently

Education

  • Relevant experience in administrative or office support roles preferred
