Job summary

This role involves overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities in compliance with Part 145 regulations within a helicopter maintenance environment. The position requires daily presence at the Esbjerg base and includes responsibilities related to operational efficiency and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in helicopter or aircraft maintenance
• Solid understanding of EASA Part 145 regulations
• Familiarity with maintenance systems and documentation

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all Part 145 base maintenance activities
• Ensure availability of personnel, tools, equipment, and materials for maintenance
• Support production planning, work package control, and certification processes
• Coordinate external maintenance activities and manage leased equipment/tools
• Facilitate effective shift handovers and maintain clear communication across teams
• Document and trace maintenance activities accurately
• Ensure compliance with Part 145 requirements and internal procedures
• Monitor performance and resource utilization within the hangar
• Manage payroll-related registrations for hangar staff
• Oversee apprentices and trainees regarding training plans
• Contribute to continuous improvement and efficient workflows

Education
