Job summary

This role involves overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities in compliance with Part 145 regulations within a helicopter operations environment. The position requires daily presence at the Esbjerg base, ensuring operational efficiency and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in helicopter or aircraft maintenance
• Solid understanding of EASA Part 145 regulations
• Familiarity with maintenance systems and documentation
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage tasks in a dynamic setting
• Proactive approach to optimization and efficiency
• Ability to lead and coordinate teams without formal authority
• Strong communication skills, capable of working in a multicultural environment
• Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all Part 145 base maintenance activities
• Ensure availability of personnel, tools, equipment, and materials for maintenance
• Support production planning and certification processes
• Coordinate external maintenance activities and manage leased equipment/tools
• Facilitate effective shift handovers and communication across teams
• Maintain documentation and traceability of maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with Part 145 requirements and internal procedures
• Monitor performance and resource utilization in the hangar
• Manage payroll-related registrations for hangar staff
• Oversee apprentices and trainees regarding training plans
• Contribute to continuous improvement and workflow optimization

Education
